Knit ties- I want one. Or rather, I want a guy who wears them. I think I'll stick to scarves. But this tie seems very Harry Potter, doesn't it? I like that.

When the cold weather rolls back around, I'm looking forward to wearing big comfy sweaters over floral skirts. I'm not a big fan of this particular sweater, though. I like mine to have a bit of substance. It's a good sweater, just not for me. But yes, I'm sure you'll be seeing a lot of sweaters and skirts in various combinations.
Speaking of, I spent the day yesterday watching Castle in the Sky and Whisper of the Heart, two animated movies from (my favorite) Hayao Miyazaki. It may be a bit nerdy or whatever, but I love Miyazaki films! They're really the best out there. I may have mentioned that before. Anyways, back to the subject, while watching Whisper of the Heart, although it's only semi-related to the movie, I decided that I really need a gray pleated skirt. And when it's cold I'm just going to put on cozy sweaters over my skirts, or tuck them in. And it will be good. ...I'm not sure if my ideas are coming across clearly in writing, but my mental image is very cute.
Today, I'm going to see Toy Story 3 with my family, and hopefully meet some friends later. I'm also going to look into sewing pleats. Perhaps the best way to go is to make my own skirt, so it turns out just how I want it. But it may be too difficult. I'm not sure. We'll see!
