I'm a long-time admirer of the bun, but it wasn't until somewhat recently that I have been able to do it myself. My hair was always too thick to stay in place. But then I discovered these bobby pins that are like little corkscrews - it's like magic!

As promised...

A couple photos from prom last night. It was amazing!
We met up with a HUGE group of people for photos:

Therefore, it took an hour and forty-five minutes to finish photos!
And there were 24 people at dinner with us, so that took two hours.
The prom itself was surprisingly great, and the DJ was quality. There was also an ice cream buffet and other miscellaneous desserts. The location was perfect! I don't want to give TMI about that, but it was absolutely perfect.
Also, I've finally uploaded all of my old photos to the computer (over 1000) so previous outfit posts will come very soon!

Braided

This was from a week or two ago. Here you can see my partial french braid, it's a bit of a mess, but I like it that way. I have my hair in braids a lot. It's always been my go-to for bad hairdays (or when I oversleep!) because putting your hair in a ponytail can be damaging, so I tend to avoid it, except when exercising or something.
