(Nonpareils top, Portland Nightlife skirt, North Highlands cardigan, Run Burgundy heels, all from Modcloth)This is one of my favorite outfit creations to date. I feel like it's something to wear to study at the library - with a cute boy. (That's why I threw in some books, too.) Of course, you and said boy will be going out for coffee after.
