Simple in spring

Here's a couple items from the Topshop website that I definitely would not mind having in my wardrobe right about now. Especially the boots and parka! I think these things are fitting to my mood and the current weather here.

A school day in April

V-neck from the men's section in Urban Outfitters, American Apparel skirt, my dad's class ring

I love this vneck. I wear it way too much! It's really big though, because it's supposed to be a loose-fitting men's shirt. But I think pairing it with this skirt balances it out. I love rings as necklaces. I wear my dad's ring a lot, and sometimes my mom's. I think they make nice necklaces!
Also, you can see the background of my photo is a lovely gray color. I finished painting my room over spring break a few weeks ago! I love the new color - it's called Campfire Smoke. Unfortunately, I still need a bookshelf and some seating in my new room; my books and CDs are just on the floor right now.

Old Adventures

This was so long ago! I can't believe it's taken me so long to post these. I took my dog on a walk, but he wouldn't cooperate and take any photos with me. I did quite like this outfit though. Unfortunately I got two ticks on this adventure- first ones of the year! (Only ones so far, too!)

As promised...

A couple photos from prom last night. It was amazing!
We met up with a HUGE group of people for photos:

Therefore, it took an hour and forty-five minutes to finish photos!
And there were 24 people at dinner with us, so that took two hours.
The prom itself was surprisingly great, and the DJ was quality. There was also an ice cream buffet and other miscellaneous desserts. The location was perfect! I don't want to give TMI about that, but it was absolutely perfect.
Also, I've finally uploaded all of my old photos to the computer (over 1000) so previous outfit posts will come very soon!

Again, I'm terribly sorry for the total lack of posting. I do still have lots of outfit photos, and I will post them, but things are hectic! Prom is tomorrow. Perhaps you'll see photos of my dress. But yes, I really am sorry that I'm totally failing at updating my blog. I'll try to do better!
